Blue Lagoon – famous geothermal spa and one of the main symbols of Iceland. The only place in the world of this kind, attracting hundreds of thousands of tourists. Located on Blue Lagoon peninsula Reykjanes in the southwestern part of Iceland, formed mainly of porous lava. Love is so loose that the sea water percolates through it. Through this process deep underground reservoirs formed whole, filled with hot geothermal seawater.
